Today’s Team: Uprockers
H/P Blighted Squirrel (Woodchipper, Crouch, Stampede)
H/H Spirit Crab (Snap, Surge, Shell Shield)
P/P Sen’Jin Fetish (Flame Breath, Wild Magic, Sear Magic)

Rationale:
At one point in pet battles I would have considered triple undead cheesy, but in a queue full of Murkalots, valks and adders it really doesn’t seem all that bad. There’s not much of an overall plan here besides trying to squeeze a bunch of extra turns out of the powerful undead racial. There’s some synergy between Wild Magic, Woodchipper and Stampede.

Concerns:
There’s plenty of anti-critter coverage, but a fox or fly could take my team down fast.

The Opposing Team:
H/H Anubisath Idol
P/P Emerald Proto-Whelp
H/P Darkmoon Tonk

The Battle:
I started with the Sen’Jin Fetish so I could cleanse mines if I needed to. The Darkmoon Tonk came out first, but it had Shock and Awe instead. I swapped to my Blighted Squirrel and hoped that the tonk would stay in since my DoT and Stampede would be worthless against the other two pets. An Ion Cannon insured the death of the tonk by my squirrel. The squirrel had a few turns left against the EPW when it came so I got the bleed going. It would have been useless if not for Wild Magic. Thanks to Wild Magic and the DoTs the EPW couldn’t survive against my Sen’Jin Fetish. The mask outlasted the dragon so it was able to get Wild Magic up on the idol. When my Spirit Crab came in I didn’t waste a turn on the shield so I could hit hard while Wild Magic was still up. It worked, the crab took down the idol.
