Today’s Team: 976-DISS
S/S Jademist Dancer (Steam Vent, Rain Dance, Geyser)
H/S Tiny Twister (Wild Winds, Bash, Cyclone)
S/S Enchanted Broom (Batter, Sweep, Wind-Up)

Strategy:
I’m still messing around with Cyclone teams for all the Murkalot shields. The Jademist Dancer is on this team to buff the Cyclone. The Broom is there for Kovok, it provides some mech moves on a non-mech pet. I’m not so sure about Geyser instead of Acid Rain and Wild Winds versus Slicing Winds. I’m still working some things out.

Concerns:
I’ve Bashed enough Murkalots by now that people are wising up to the Twister. It might be time to move on. My Jademist Dancer may not be the best breed anymore. When I first started using it there were a lot more 289 speed pets around but the meta has been slower lately. I have a P/S, I should level it up.

The Opponent:
S/S Death Adder Hatchling
H/P Macabre Marionette
S/S Lil’ Bling

The Battle:
111813AThe S/S Death Adder is a force to be reckoned with. I opened with my Twister against the Adder who has an insane amount of control. Will it use Blinding Poison or not? I guessed it would so I used Wild Winds, it used Poison Fang instead, I missed my chance at getting off a Bash or Cyclone. Next came the blind so I swapped to the Broom and got a few Batters off before the snake wised up and swapped out for Bling. I cast Sweep on Bling and then kept the Broom in until it died. The opposing pet was the Marionette. I brought in the Twister to Cyclone then immediately swapped to the Dancer for Rain Dance. With all of the DoTs up (Bone Barrage, Death and Decay, Make It Rain) I was taking a lot of damage. The Dancer went down fast. I would have to get lucky and I did. The Cyclone crits took out the snake on the back line, took out Bling (who had swapped back in). Bash denied the Marionette of its undead round but I was afraid the DoTs would take out my final pet, but the Twister survived with 29 hp. Phew, lucky crits save the day.
