The Quick Three
I think I’ll try something new for days like today, days where I just want to bust out the daily really fast. Three quick battles and I’m done.
Battle 1: New Pets On The Block
De-Weaponized Mechanical Companion, Crystal Spider, Eternal Strider
vs. Anubisath Idol, Gilnean Raven, Blighthawk
Now that Demolish is fixed I’m free to use the DMC guilt-free. I really didn’t think I would win this one but I pulled off the miracle. Sandstorm rng helped with a few misses but what really helped was me accidentally taking Overtune rather than Extra Plating. My DMC was able to out speed the Gilnean Raven, which prevented the second Alpha Strikes. A Demolish crit did some serious damage to the bird. I hit the most important attack, a Pump that did over 800 damage to the idol. The Crystal Spider also did good damage with Spiderling Swarm thanks to the beast racial.

Battle 2: Bet On Birds
Warbot, Gilnean Raven, Dread Hatching
vs. Kun-Lai Runt, Softshell Sapling, Murkalot
I was worried about Blessed Hammer against the two flyers. Then my opponent RI’d into the Softshell Sapling and used Shell Shield on the buffed turn. They must have been a new player. It was ugly.

Battle 3: Blizzy McSurgester
Tundra Penguin, Rotten Little Helper, Tiny Snowman
vs. Unborn Val’kyr, Darkmoon Zeppelin, Eternal Strider
I made a few mistakes in this one. First of all I forgot that I had a Rotten Little Helper. No really, in the beginning I thought I had a Father Winter’s Helper. There’s a reason why I’m making it a short night :). Then after I realized that silly mistake I let the Tiny Snowman get stuck against the Eternal Strider for a few hits. That hurt.

I have an amazing ability to summon pets out of thin air! Seriously though, I probably should have taken the night off. Fixed the typo.
