The Quick Three

Battle 1: Rich Girls
Bone Serpent, Nightshade Sproutling, Junglebeak
vs. Iron Starlette, Kun-Lai Runt, Toxic Wasteling
Rich Girls is my go to team lately. It can take out idols, Bone Barrage is good against MPDs, and it puts overly healy teams to shame. I’ve only lost a few times with it, one of them was when it was late and I tried to give Lil’ Ragnaros a Nocturnal Strike. There were no shameful mistakes committed by me this battle; it was pretty much a faceroll. Having Blinding Poison versus an Iron Starlette is quite useful. Beating a KLR is always fun, so I don’t mind having a super powerful team against that annoying humanoid.

Battle 2: Not There Yet
Rocket Chicken, Ravager Hatchling, Rotten Little Helper
vs. Onyxian Whelpling, Molten Corgi, Strand Crab
Totally spaced out and forgot to grab a screen shot, sad. I lost which is much more sad. The Rocket Chicken did well with Peck against the crab, but it was weak against the dragon and took strong damage from the elemental. I tried to swap the Rotten Little Helper in when I thought the Onyxian Whelpling would heal, but it attacked and killed instead. Hey, you can’t win every head game.

Battle 3: Milo Goes To Ravage
Ravager Hatchling, Ravager Hatchling, Ravager Hatchling
vs. Death Adder Hatchling, Fiendish Imp, Ghastly Kid
What do you do when you lose with one Ravager Hatchling? Use three! Unfortunately I got one of my named opponents with a good team. Some people that I face regularly I give names to. For example, there was “Mr. Slow” in 5.4, a guy that ran slow versions of top fast pets in 5.4. Currently I face “the wannabe” regularly, a person who names their pets after certain military figures and vehicles. Then there’s this guy, named “twelvie”, who has insulting names and runs the timer down on the last round when he has the win wrapped up. You know, like a twelve year old would do. I would have liked to beat twelvie but my silly three ravager team was no match for a competitive team.
