Today’s Team: Prius Ghostriders
P/P Frostwolf Ghostpup (Scratch, Haunting Song, Ghostly Bite)
H/H Spineclaw Crab (Rip, Healing Wave, Blood In The Water)
H/B Mud Jumper (Water Jet, Swarm Of Flies, Bubble)

Rationale:
Tonight I have seen undead AoE, undead AoE and more undead AoE. Mostly I’ve faced the Weebomination while there’s also been a lot of Fossilized Hatchling and Scourged Whelplings. I’m trying to come up with a counter team to undead AoE and this is my second team tonight, which is still early in the counter team making process. The Frostwolf Ghostpup has a hard hitting Scratch to damage the undead pets along with a powerful AoE heal to bring the back line aquatics health back up after taking AoE damage. The aquatics are on the team because they have high health (1644 and 1627) and take weak damage from undead attacks. It’s a work in progress, I know.

Concerns:
What happens when your counter team meets a team that it’s not designed to counter? This team doesn’t appear to be that great in general.

The Opposing Team:
P/S Gilnean Raven
P/S Gilnean Raven
B/B Unborn Val’kyr
Someone got mad at their undead pets getting countered! :)

The Battle:
0129915ASometimes you get countered. What was awesome about this battle was that even though it was two flyers against two aquatics it was still close in the end. The Mud Jumper took out the valk and left some flies for the first bird. The Mud Jumper went down after getting off one Water Jet. The Frostwolf Ghostpup came in to take out the first bird then use Ghostly Bite on the second. It sounds like I hade a chance but a 700 health Gilnean Raven can take out an aquatic in two turns no problem. On my first counter team I was careful not to have two aquatics; this is exactly why.
