A Day In The Queue
I’m too lazy to make any new teams right now. Let me just jump in the queue and see how I do.

Battle 1: My Middle Finger
Unborn Val’kyr, Treasure Goblin, Imperial Eagle Chick
vs. Lil’ Ragnaros, Mr. Bigglesworth, Kun-Lai Runt

022814BI finally leveled my P/P Imperial Eagle Chick. I’ve grown attached to my P/P Dragonbone Hatchling since I started using it so I feel a little bad replacing it. I traded in 1481 hp and 325 power for 1319 hp and 341 power. This team has been winning a lot since yesterday. At first I was relieved to make a Treasure Goblin team that didn’t suck but now I’m actually expecting to win. The plan went off flawlessly in this battle. Against the KLR I used the sequence Haunt, Wild Magic, Portal then Thrash which equalled a dead KLR. The only damage I took was from one Frost Shock. Even with the “needs tweaking” Magma Trap Ragnaros and Mr. Bigglesworth couldn’t come back from such a poor start.
Record: 1-0

Battle 2: Doggin’ The Wax
Droplet Of Y’Shaarj, Scourged Whelpling, Alterac Brew Pup
vs. Enchanted Broom, Feral Vermling, Death Adder Hatchling

If you have no counter for a Death Adder Hatchling it can completely wreck you. It completely wrecked me. The battle started off with the Enchanted Broom sweeping out the Droplet Of Y’Shaarj for the Scourged Whelpling. It didn’t seem like a bad thing at the time since Tail Sweep is strong against magic pets. After I won that match-up there was just no way to deal with the Death Adder.
Record: 1-1

Battle 3: Retaliating Ten
Sen’Jin Fetish, Mongoose Pup, Spirit Crab
vs. Son Of Animus, Anubisath Idol, Unborn Val’kyr

022814FI wanted the Sen’Jin Fetish versus humanoid match-up and the Mongoose Pup versus undead so that left the Spirit Crab to deal with Son Of Animus. It lost a turn on a swap and it missed a Snap which allowed the Son Of Animus to easily prevail. I guess the Spirit Crab can’t beat everything. I let my Sen’Jin Fetish take too much damage waiting for the Haunt when I should have realized that this was an Unholy Ascension team. I was headed for a loss when my opponent went afk. I may have been able to pull it out but it seems unlikely. A win is a win, I’ll count it.
Record: 2-1

Battle 4: Disciples Of Hypocrisy
Qiraji Guardling, Living Sandling, Spirit Crab
vs. Azure Whelpling, Lil Bling, Cat

022814CI tried using a Cat in PvP a few times. It never seemed to work out well. The Qiraji Guardling used Blackout Kick and Sandstorm before I swapped to my Spirit Crab. The undead snapper took out both the Cat and the dragonkin plus it got down a Whirlpool on its undead round. It’s not like Lil’ Bling was going to be able to come back from that, but then a 1k+ Quicksand crit added insult to injury.
Record: 3-1

Battle 5: Ratty Dread
Scourged Whelpling, Black Rat, Robo-Chick
vs. Anubisath Idol, Unborn Val’kyr, Mechanical Pandaren Drogonling

God I still hate Anubisath Idols with a passion. My opponent didn’t get the memo that Demolish’s accuracy was fixed. It didn’t matter. A missed Wind-Up equates to the loss of two turns. This was going to be a hard one to win anyways but that miss certainly sealed my fate.
Record: 3-2

Battle 6: Julius Seizure
Warbot, Sporeling Sprout, Sen’Jin Fetish
vs. Tainted Moth, Kun-Lai Runt, Rabbit

022814EThis is why you should never rage quit. After my fourth 90% move missed I really wanted to quit. After the fifth I was closer to quitting than I’ve been in a long time. I try to stick it out even in these situation and in this case it paid off. After the moth and mech were dead the battle was a major swap fest since my opponent really wanted to force the rabbit versus undead while I didn’t. It ended up as a rabbit versus Sporeling Sprout showdown. A rabbit is never gonna win that one. My opponent knew that and fled in round thirty-four. Seriously though, five misses. One Missile, one Shadow Slash and three Jabs in a thirty-four round battle.
Record: 4-2

Battle 7: Obvious Ponies
Unborn Val’kyr, Warbot, Fiendish Imp
vs. Death Adder Hatchling, Arctic Hare, Unborn Val’kyr

I went to my one of my go to teams and lost. So sad. I didn’t even get a screenshot. I think that’s my hint to call it a short and somewhat unsuccessful night.
Record: 4-3

Quick question, what do you use to organize your teams? Or do you just have em memorized and favorited and drag them in when you feel like it? I find it a bit difficult to keep them straight (inexperience).

Do you use any team mods?

I use “Pet Battle Teams”. I’m so dependent on it that the few times it hasn’t worked after a patch I don’t even want to battle.
