The Quick Three
Let’s make it quick. Gulnarr suggested Kovok in his comments on 4/22/14 and I’ve been using the little bugger ever since, so expect a lot of Pheromones.

Battle 1: Welcome Back Kovok
Son Of Animus, Kovok, Scourged Whelpling
vs. Wild Golden Hatchling, Peddlefeet, Lost Of Lordaeron

042414AThis was clearly a lightning team so I felt good going into the battle since my DoTs would benefit from the weather. My opponent knew this and held off casting Call Lightning until the Wild Golden Hatchling was almost dead. In the end the battle really came down to whether or not my Scourged Whelpling could kill Peddlefeet before he got off a second stun and finished off my pets on the back line. Thankfully there were no Tail Swipe misses so Peddlefeet died and I was able to squeak by with a win.
Record: 1-0

Battle 2: Dreadful Bugface
Droplet Of Y’Shaarj, Scourged Whelpling, Kovok
vs. Alpine Hare, Scourged Whelpling, Clockwork Gnome

042414BThe battle started with my elemental against the rabbit, which I thought was good for me. Tanky pets or pets with a lot of avoid (and thus less attack) are good for the Droplet Of Y’Shaarj since it can continue to pound the back line while the front line pet uses shields, avoids, etc. This opponent figured that out and swapped to the Scourged Whelpling to change the weather to darkness. I was able to change the weather back to cleansing rain before dying then my own Scourged Whelpling came in. My opponent swapped to rabbit before changing the weather again which was not a good idea. The buffed Dreadful Breath did some serious back line damage. They fled after my Scourged Whelpling got a double kill on both back line pets in a single turn. I didn’t use Kovok.
Record: 2-0

Battle 3: Psychadelic Sunday
Cobra Hatchling, Sporeling Sprout, Sprite Darter Hatchling
vs. Anubisath Idol, Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling, Darkmoon Zeppelin

042414CIt may not be very good but man does my team look cool. All of my pets have some beautifully colored models. However, I didn’t like my chances going into this battle but the Sporeling Sprout is amazing… like really, really amazing. The mech dragon took out my snake easily then I brought in the Sporeling Sprout. It finished off the first mech then took out about half of the idol thanks to Crouch being up four out of five rounds. The zeppelin came in and as soon as it used Decoy I swapped to the Sprite Darter Hatchling. It took out the Decoy then died, the Sporeling Sprout came in to finish off the mech and then the Anubisath Idol. I did get lucky with a final Crush miss from the Anubisath idol but the sprout was damn impressive.
Record: 3-0
